Can I change what I get in my box from month to month?
Of course! BusyBox is designed to be fully customizable and adaptable for your changing needs. So if you decide you want to mix things up, just log in to your account and under "My Subscriptions" click "Manage." Then click the "Edit" button under the heading "Update choices." You can then select the items you want for your next box. Or if you're happy with what you got, just sit back and relax—we'll ship you the same box you got last month, no extra steps required.
I don't know much about these supplies or how to use them. Are there instructions anywhere?
Will I automatically be billed for a new box each month?
Yes. BusyBox is a monthly subscription, so we will send you a box each month. Your registered payment method will be charged automatically at this time. For more information on shipping, see our shipping policy.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Log in to your account and under "My Subscriptions" click "Manage." Then look to the bottom right corner and click "Subscription settings." Then click "cancel my subscription."
What if I don't need a box this month, but I don't want to cancel my subscription for good?
We understand that your needs change, and there might be periods of time where you don't need a monthly box. That's why we also offer the option to "pause" your subscription. This allows you to take a break from receiving and paying for boxes, without permanently cancelling your subscription. We will keep your account active with your personal and billing information up to date, so that you can start receiving boxes again as soon as you like.
What if I get more than I need?
We understand that you may not always use everything you receive in your montly box. Unfortunately, due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns on any of the products in our boxes. Luckily though, most of these products can last a long time! (For more details on the shelf-life and proper storage methods for your items, check out our products page. We suggest that you keep any leftovers around, just in case you need them later.
I really want to order a box, but I don't want my neighbors to know that it's full of sex supplies when it arrives.
